Why We Started This Foundation:
Fentanyl changes everything! It changed my life forever.
My name is Jennipher Talamantes and fentanyl took my son Jacob Talamantes at the age of 25 in 2020.
I would like to share my story and facts on how we can prevent this from happening to families and our nation.
The purpose of the Jacob's Legacy Foundation is to educate the public about the dangers of Fentanyl, promote awareness of this ongoing epidemic, support those in need, and end the stigma.
